demain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des aides historiques, mais pas \u00e9ternelles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jamais l\u2019\u00c9tat n\u2019a autant soutenu les r\u00e9novations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques collectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec <strong>MaPrimeR\u00e9nov\u2019 Copropri\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>, une r\u00e9sidence peut obtenir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>30 \u00e0 45 %<\/strong> du montant total des travaux,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>75 %<\/strong> de prise en charge avec les bonus,<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un <strong>\u00e9co-PTZ collectif<\/strong> qui permet de lisser le reste \u00e0 charge \u00e0 taux clairement : <strong>elles ne resteront pas \u00e0 ce niveau tr\u00e8s longtemps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ne pas en profiter maintenant, c\u2019est renoncer
