Ces mesures visent \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer le <strong>march\u00e9 locatif<\/strong> en favorisant la location longue dur\u00e9e et en limitant les effets de la <strong>location touristique<\/strong> sur l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au logement.\u200b&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-255c478b2cac310d650b8d5d4ce24cfd wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#00868c\"><strong>Les principales mesures de la loi Le Meur<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>loi Le Meur<\/strong>, promulgu\u00e9e en novembre 2024, introduit plusieurs dispositions visant \u00e0 mieux encadrer les locations touristiques&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fiscalit\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9e<\/strong> : l&rsquo;abattement fiscal pour les meubl\u00e9s non class\u00e9s passe de 50 % \u00e0 30 % avec un plafond de 15 000 \u20ac de revenus locatifs annuels.
